Equal housing commitment
Fair Housing
Full Value Properties supports equal housing opportunity and is committed to fair housing practices in the sale, rental, leasing, marketing, and management of housing. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, familial status, disability, national origin, ancestry, marital status, source of income, veteran or military status, or other characteristics protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
California-specific commitment
California fair housing rules are broader than many generic national statements, and this site is intended to reflect that. We support lawful source-of-income protections, including Housing Choice Voucher protections where applicable, and we do not assist or carry out unlawful discriminatory instructions from owners, applicants, tenants, buyers, or sellers.
Reasonable accommodations and modifications
Where housing law requires it, we support the interactive process for reasonable accommodations and reasonable modifications for people with disabilities. If you need an accommodation in connection with communication, access, application procedures, or tenancy-related issues, you may raise that request through our office so it can be reviewed appropriately.
Advertising and marketing commitment
Our goal is to present housing and community information in a way that is informative without unlawfully steering, excluding, discouraging, or signaling preference for or against any protected class. Community pages on this site are intended to help visitors understand practical lifestyle differences such as shopping, parks, transportation, and recreation—not to imply who does or does not belong in any area.
Property management and leasing
In leasing and management settings, fair housing responsibilities also apply to screening, communication, maintenance response, accommodations, access to amenities, renewals, transfers, and other tenancy-related decisions. Those practices should be administered consistently and lawfully.
Questions or concerns
If you have questions about fair housing or believe an accessibility or discrimination concern should be raised, you may contact Full Value Properties through the Contact page. Information about formal civil-rights and fair-housing complaints in California may also be available through the California Civil Rights Department and other appropriate agencies.
